Production & Fulfillment
Holiday Cakery partners with Printify to produce and fulfill our merchandise. All products are custom-made and feature our Holiday Cakery branding. We do not keep physical inventory of our merchandise. Each item is made to order by Printify's network of independent production partners. Products are manufactured and shipped directly to customers by these partners.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Production and shipping times vary depending on the product, production partner, and shipping destination. Because our products are made to order, please allow additional time for production before your order ships. Actual delivery times may vary due to production delays, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, local delivery or local pickup are not available for merchandise orders. All merchandise is shipped directly to the customer's shipping address.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. As a result, items from the same order may arrive on different dates.

Product Availability
Because our merchandise is made to order through various production partners, product availability, production times, and shipping options may vary.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Cancellations & Returns

Production begins as soon as an order is placed. Because all merchandise is made to order, orders cannot be canceled or returned once production begins. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please verify purchase before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with an embroidery or engraving error, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

What to Expect:

1. Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email from Holiday Cakery LLC (no-reply@stores-emails.com) with detailed information about the items you purchased.

2. Production: Your order is automatically sent to Printify and begins production. Please allow up to 7 business days for production.

3. Shipping: Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly to you from the Printify printing and fulfillment provider.

4. Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

5. Delivery: Your merchandise arrives!
